What we ate Wednesday

Day off and of to town. We decided for lunch go to "Rosso" pizza place and "Urban Kitchen " for dinner.
i try make healthy choices every day.

 My choice is Feta cheese, Spinach Prawns and Red pepper, fresh and clean.

 i love Coffee.
As You know is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, with are the seeds of berries from the Coffea plant.

 Urban Kitchen where last weak they serve Local food Menu..
3 of Lamb what Ugis had was amazing. Ingredients are from Guernsey.
Or Sea Bass serve with pak-choi. Leafy green Chinese vegetable belongs to the cabbage family (though tastes nothing like cabbage!).

Running/ Yoga/ exercises

Hi, like I sad I will tell more about witch fitness exercises I use to keep fit and healthy.   I only started Yoga 26 weeks ago, I did Yoga with Adriane in YouTube “30 days of Yoga “  https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene where I did it for 30 days straight . There are some pictures were you can see improvement of bending and flexibility. 




Actuality Yoga is mental, physical and spiritual practice or discipline, which originated in India. 
(The origins of Yoga have been speculated to date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions, but most likely developed around the sixth and fifth centuries BCE, in ancient India's ascetic circles, which are also credited with the early sramana movements. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali date from the first half of the 1st millennium CE, but only gained prominence in the 20th century.Hatha yoga texts emerged around 11th century CE, and in its origins was related to Tantrism.
Yoga gurus from India later introduced yoga to the west,following the success of Swami Vivekananda in the late 19th and early 20th century. In the 1980s, yoga became popular as a system of physical exercise across the Western world.Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise, it has a meditative and spiritual core.One of the six major orthodox schools of Hinduism is also called Yoga, which has its own epistemology and metaphysics, and is closely related to Hindu Samkhya philosophy.)

Why I wanted try Yoga? Because I was struggling fall a sleep in nighttime’s even Natural sleeping pills didn’t help, then I read article when You practice Yoga before bed time, my could help You.  And I did it! Even after fist session I felt better I was more relaxed.   After doing 30 days I learned breading, being more flexible and had more power next day.

Now I try every morning waking up 10 min before and meditating, trying concentrate my thoughts what I want to do that day and what I want to get/ reach. It Help’s me keep motivated.


Other big part of my live what I love doing in Running. I ever ran school discipline.  But now when I have time I tend to run longer distances 7,22 miles =11.61 kilometers what I did in 1:14:37 min what i run are 5 miles = 8.04 km. Average time that I run are 10’20”/miles. System of Down are my do to band for runs. Keeps motivated and pushes you even harder!
I don’t like Gym, because nearly always you can run or do other exercises outside/ outdoors, fresh air and no sweaty bodies around.  


Always healthy eating , drinking water and exercises are going along .

holiday outfit's.


A few outfits what i would take whit me away for 3-4 days.Where maybe little bit warmer, because in Guernsey max 23 Celsius, and after 2pm even may could rain. As we went to Germany for couple days, there are some options what i took with me!

Summer must need are dress with nice flowery pattern

 And small cluch bag are must! choral definitely be pop of color even for all black outfit.
Linen are good material for summer, because you will never be hot in them, material works as cooling system as well. White top's are go to as well as black, simple and easy to wear whit everything. 

 And in summer i barely wear makeup, maybe in evening's bit of mascara and red lip. Always black is in everything Shoes, Bag, Sunglasses and of curse journal/ diary.

 Of curse pack less , just simple things what can be worn together whit different items. Like as this Denim boyfriend shirt i trow on top when gets bit chilly . Stripes , Stripes Stripes in dress skirt or top's! Stripy light way dress what don't crease are easy way to take whit You, if You  planing short therm holidays , where aren't accessibly for iron . And if You have Road trip its perfect .  
 Birkenstock shoe's are most comfortable shoes ever!  As You notice i love take photos sometimes whit canon 7d, or I phone camera. I started to introduce Journal to my day, taking whit me and taking notes, what makes me happy. Things what needed to be done! Watch is one of the things what i don't go out from house. My Nixon is new love. Rose gold watch goes whit everything ..

More dresses, stripes and pop of color. Not sure of length of them, but i love it, and i love wearing what i love! 
Black skinny jeans and black tee whit black bag, will be mast for me in Summer and all other seasons. As i posted before in my travel kit, are just only few thing's. Highlighter in summer is beautiful, just pops the glow for You. And gonna make You heel better what You wear and how You look!  Minimal accessories are go to for me as well as plain plain clothes. Even small changes in wardrobe are big deal! My kind of colors are black, navy, blue, white and grey!

This is may motto. I believe if i look after what i eat, my body will be happy and i will have power for all day. I love veggies and fruits, love when they are fresh. People who eat fruit and vegetables as part of their daily diet have a reduced risk of many chronic diseases. One to four cups of vegetables are recommended each day.

Prawns Shrimp are a low-fat source of protein and unsaturated fat. A 3-ounce serving of shrimp, roughly 15 to 16 large shrimp, or approximately 8 prawns, contains 101 calories per serving, over 19 grams of protein and only 1.4 grams of total fat. A serving also contains calcium, potassium and phosphorus and is a good source of vitamins A and E.
A good source of protein. Also contains Omega-3, copper, zinc, B vitamins .The high levels of B2 may help ease migraines and phosphorus helps calcium build bones and teeth.Squid is only around 70 calories per 100g.

Melons are low in calories, with just 64 calories in a 1-cup serving of honeydew balls and fewer calories in cantaloupe, casaba or watermelon balls. At the same time, melons are high in essential vitamins and minerals. They contain almost no fat or saturated fat, making them an excellent choice for snacks or a side dish.
Grapes, one of the most popular and delicious fruits, are rich sources of vitamins A, C, B6 and folate in addition to essential minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium.
Goats cheese salad are my favorite salad, clean fresh and Goat cheese contains less lactose than cow's milk and cheese, and contains smaller fat globules.  Typical brand of goat cheese contains 70 calories, 45 of which are from fat.

beautifull Amsterdam

each time i visit Amsterdam i am amazed how people dress themselves, how much detail they put in in what they wear how they look! its Beautiful, when people impress even with minimalism! That stile what Amsterdam people haw are wonderful. It looks like they are themselves not a better version of themselves! I was steering on girls more than men, just to admire and learn, to take as much you can from experience! Always i find Amsterdam so inspiring, windows , people, architecture , everywhere i look inspires me and i get boost going..
Amsterdam is definitely the place where i would like to live for vile ...


Amstel is the river what have large numbers of canals..The three main canals are Prinsengracht, Herengracht and Keizersgracht, all 3 of which are navigable by boat and on some  People made home for themselves on funky houseboats. And to discover the historical canal district You can get canal  cruise from £ 11.

And of cure bike/bicycle/pushbike are big part of Netherlands culture, big parking spots just for bikes! The best way to get around Amsterdam is on a bike.

30 days in skirt/ dress Femininity !

Hi, today's conversations theme is femininity !
How can we improve to have more femininity ? one way is what i try to do now, wear dress or skirt for 30 days in row!
these are first 6 days in skirt/ dress. Take a picture every day to capture for the record, and you will see its not so hard how it looks like, big part of as wear Jeans and t-shirt every single day.. 


Monochrome is my thing, but wearing every day a dress change what i was wearing it! 


You still can see the basic -  white , black, blue and stripes. 
I'm not fan of colors in my wardrobe,but by end off month i wear my pink or blue flowery summer dresses!



always accessories will include black and rose gold!
