Hi, like I sad I will tell more about witch
fitness exercises I use to keep fit and healthy. I only started Yoga 26 weeks ago, I did Yoga
with Adriane in YouTube “30 days of Yoga “ https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene where I did it for 30 days straight .
There are some pictures were you can see improvement of bending and
flexibility.
Actuality Yoga is mental, physical and
spiritual practice or discipline, which originated in India.

Why I wanted try Yoga? Because I was
struggling fall a sleep in nighttime’s even Natural sleeping pills didn’t help,
then I read article when You practice Yoga before bed time, my could help
You. And I did it! Even after fist
session I felt better I was more relaxed.
After doing 30 days I learned
breading, being more flexible and had more power next day.
Now I try every morning waking up 10 min
before and meditating, trying concentrate my thoughts what I want to do that
day and what I want to get/ reach. It Help’s me keep motivated.
Other big part of my live what I love doing
in Running. I ever ran school discipline.
But now when I have time I tend to run longer distances 7,22 miles
=11.61 kilometers what I did in 1:14:37
min what i run are 5 miles = 8.04 km. Average time that I run are 10’20”/miles. System of Down are my do to band for runs. Keeps
motivated and pushes you even harder!
I don’t like Gym, because nearly always you
can run or do other exercises outside/ outdoors, fresh air and no sweaty bodies
around.
Always healthy eating , drinking water and exercises are
going along .
